Our Mission is to ensure that each career member of our Association is afforded the best possible working conditions.  We work to make certain that our members are provided with the finest available protection in the workplace.  Our Association serves its members and provides assistance and representation when required.

Our Goal is to foster a mutually beneficial, harmonious relationship between our Association, the Township of Montclair, and the Township Fire Department management.

We are the professionals that carry out the duties established by the Montclair Fire Department.  We do so with great pride and a strong sense of tradition.  While we aim to be progressive, we honor the past and those members that have gone before us.  

We are honored to serve the communities of Montclair and Glen Ridge, and we thank you for your continued support of our endeavors.
