After the Fire

One of the great things about living in the Montclair/Glen Ridge area, is the Community’s willingness to help out a neighbor in need.  We have seen it time and time again.  

The FEMA link below contains a detailed checklist about the steps to take in the hours and days following a fire.  The Red Cross can help in a number of ways also. They can provide temporary housing as well as other disaster assistance.  Click on the link below for more information.

The Montclair Fire Department makes every effort to saves lives and protect property DURING a fire, but we also want to help in the road to  recovery.
